Your starter plan

The /my-plan chat keeps your answers and conversation in this browser’s session storage so you can return while the tab remains open. Typed workout and meal-plan answers are sent through Vercel AI Gateway to TypeSafe’s Jev model to match the current question’s choices. Do not include sensitive medical information. Contact details and payment information are not sent to this model.

Your selected plan preferences are sent to YMove to retrieve exercise instructions or generate meals and recipes. Your email address is not sent to YMove. We save the generated plan in Convex so the email, copy, and download versions match.

If you request an emailed plan, AgentMail processes your email address and plan contents to deliver it. We store your contact, delivery status, optional launch-alert choice and its timestamp, and any feedback in Convex. Plan delivery does not subscribe you to launch alerts. We don’t record the chat with session replay or send its answers, email, or feedback to web analytics. You can request deletion or withdraw launch-alert permission by emailing hi@limbelo.com.

Information we receive

The checkout collects the information needed to process your purchase, including your email and payment details. Stripe handles payment details; Limbelo does not store card details. AgentMail handles email correspondence, including your email address and message contents.

Optional launch text

If you choose a launch text after purchasing, we store your mobile number, checkout identifier and email, the consent wording and version, and when and how you agreed in Convex. We use the number for one launch notification, not ongoing text marketing. Your number is not sent to the AI model or web analytics. We retain the preference until the launch notification is handled or you withdraw it, and retain consent records as needed to document your choice. Request correction, withdrawal, or deletion at hi@limbelo.com. No account is created just by providing contact information or paying.

Web analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, and device types. Our integration removes checkout identifiers and unrecognized query parameters from tracked page URLs and excludes marked internal visits. Payment details and email message contents are not sent by this integration.

Session recording

We use PostHog, hosted in the United States, to replay interactions such as scrolling and clicks on our landing page so we can improve its usability. Inputs are masked, the checkout area and embedded frames are blocked, and URL query strings are removed. Console logs, network payloads, and recordings of payment confirmation pages are disabled. We do not identify visitors by email or connect recordings to purchase records. Marked internal visits are excluded. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by disabling recording.

Attribution

We may store campaign parameters such as source, medium, campaign, content, term, and referral so we can understand how visitors found Limbelo. Internal test visits are excluded. This information is stored in your browser and may be passed to checkout.

How we use information

We use purchase and contact information to deliver receipts, launch updates, redemption instructions, and purchase support, and to respond to feedback.
