You may request a refund before Limbelo launches publicly by emailing hi@limbelo.com from the email used at checkout and including your receipt details.

After premium access has been redeemed, refund eligibility follows applicable law and the secure checkout provider’s terms. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

We will clearly communicate the public launch and redemption process to early adopters.
